Okay, I never thought *this* would happen. A Subaru owner decided to bypass the 400,000 miles section and go directly to the half-million mile section! No I am not sorry. Perhaps it has to do with the fact he doesn't speak English, or that I do not speak Swedish. Anyway, go to the 500,000 mile section for the whole story... That's right! A half-million miles! |

I change the oil regularly at 7500 miles and follow all of the recommendations in the owner's manual. All dents, nicks and scratches are repaired immediately. Annually, for the past 15 years, I drive the Subaru between my two residences in Providence, RI and Lake Tahoe, CA. Attached are two pictures of the Subaru and two photographs of the odometer taken on 29 August 2011. If requested, I would be pleased to provide more information and/or answer any questions. Thank you, Michael Zifcak |
Rich, I finally took some pics of my beloved Subaru (see attached - if you right-click on the attachment, then select "open", the pics will display at the correct size.). I just put a new set of tires on her and it's like floating on a cloud. And, she proudly displays the bumper sticker you sent me. Anyone else in the 400,000 range? Pretty soon I'll be "upgraded" to the half-mil mark. Cool!! Let me know if you need other pics or more info. Thanks! Sandra Smith Clark MO, USA >>> "Subaru High Mileage Club" I got your check today, thanks. The bumper sticker is going out in tomorrow's mail. It is in my mailbox now.
